APPAREL DIVISION:

This division has taken gentle strides in making a name for itself in the export market by recognition of quality conscious international enterprises.
It has an ideal technical and scientific basis for maintaining quality & time control by:

  • Sampling is our key player for on time development of patterns and approval samples, no matter how technical / innovative operation for styling is required.

  • Fabrication department is core source for our quality starting form yarn till finished good; we go for strong practical planning and procure quality by evaluating suitable specification, in order to achieve required criteria like controlled dimensional stability (Shrinkage), weight per sq meter (garmmage), width, hand feel and other parameters through regular inspections and testing.

  • Cutting – Precision is the match word of this department. Meticulous attention to details and cutting is the first step in quality assured finished products. The 100% inspection of finished fabric as per requirement is preliminary measure prior to cutting, which is followed by ratio wise marking / cutting, panel numbering and size wise bundling. We follow this as a routine in order to avoid any discrepancy (ies).

  • Stitching – Trial run for several number of garments prior to bulk production is to make sure that the production is constant in conformity of inline products with applicable quality standards and inline inspections is done by our in-house quality team.

  • Checking / Finishing – Ensuring that the quality standards stays intact during periodic in-line and final inspection by 100% garments inspection and strict quality implementation in order to secure quality goods for our valuable customers till the cargo is booked on the nominated vessel. Hence, setting an example for being a model in the apparel export industry
    .
  • Security Cameras are installed at every stage to maintain security and control. 5 cameras are installed on the production floors and 3 on the container loading area for saftey and security purposes.
    Generator is installed for backup of power failure, which can take load up to 330 KVA.

Our Knitting division is well equipped with top of the line Japanese and German made knitting machineries for the finest quality production. The machines possess the capacity to operate at high speed set by efficient / skilled and qualified knitting technicians.
Our computerized knitting machines enable us cater increasing demand in the market sin.
